Our seed was planted by every teacher, student, parent, employee, employer, and learning moment we have ever encountered. With experience as instructors, teachers, human resource professionals, managers, and learners ourselves, we noticed gaps between education ideologies and methodologies. We worked hard to develop skills and systems to scaffold learners of all types in this ever changing world.
